Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. I treated and inspected the exterior only today. I did notice countless carpenter bees. I sprayed all areas of concern. I treated the carpenter bees directly with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate the bees. I also treated the exterior foundation with a l liquid treatment that will help eliminate the ants as they move through the treated areas. I also removed all visible webbing from exterior perimeter. We will return in 30 days times start quarterly services and every 90 days after that. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the office. Good afternoon, Jennifer Today I completed your premium pest control service. I texted 20 minutes prior to my arrival and rang the doorbell when I arrived. Unfortunately no one was home. I did, however, treat and inspect the exterior. No visible issues to report. I started by inspecting your rodent bait station in the shed. No feeding there. I knocked down any webbing surrounding the perimeter. I also applied a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation, including the shed. Good morning Lori Today I completed your premium pest control service. The main concern of today’s visit was mice. As requested by you previously I did not apply any liquid application to the foundation. I did, however, replenish both exterior bait stations. Heavy feeding on both. I did remove two dead rodents as well. Please allow 10 to 14 days for best results. Today I completed your premium plus service. Treated the home for rats and all other general insects. Started by inspecting your termite monitors. No activity to report. Removed all visible webbing from the property and added fresh bait to the exterior bait stations. There was minimal feeding on all three. I also applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects as they move through the treated area. In the basement, I saw no evidence of rats outside of some tunneling in the corner of the closet and some plastic shavings from the plastic glue boards in the basement. It looks like the rat was chewing on the glue board. I put multiple rat traps in the basement. I set some and left some unset. This method will allow the rats to trust some traps and get caught on others. Please allow 10 to 14 days for best results.
